NO, We rely on 3rd party (like India Post).

Why only India post, not others (like FedEx, Bluedart, etc) ?

Our aim is to cover most remote parts of the India at lowest cost. India post is the only option we have, so we have tied up with India post.

Can you ship via other logistics/courier service, I am ready to pay extra ?

NO, We only ship via India Posts parcel service.

What is the difference between Speed Post and Normal Parcel ?

Both are offered by India post, where in Normal mode the shipment are transported via road/train, for Speed post the shipments may also sent via air (only if possible). You can know more on India post website

What is the Time to delivery the product ?

We do NOT guarantee time of delivery, But we only assure Time to dispatch: Normally in stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

I need the product urgently, can you deliver ASAP ?
